Help: How to accept order? After request the service the nearest driver will accept the order within 2 minutes of requesting the service. How to cancel order? You can cancel the order without any charges within 5 minutes after the driver accept the order. After that the customer will be responsible for full delivery charge. How to make a payment for your delivery? You can pay either using knet through our app or cash and knet once you receive your delivery. Laws and jurisdiction: The Kuwaiti law shall apply for any dispute arising from using this service. The Kuwaiti court will have a jurisdiction for any claim arising from using the service. Fake orders: Any fake orders will be held responsible under the Kuwaiti laws. Intellectual properties rights: D-track kuwait are the sole owners of the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our App and our Service, and in the material published on it . Any person miss use of our copy right will be held responsible under the Kuwaiti laws. Limitation of legal responsibilities : D-track kuwait won't held responsible what so ever of the contents of the packages receive or delivered. The parties hold full responsibility of sending packages that violate the Kuwaiti Law.
